This site is run by Kooya as a citizen transparency initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for the Department of Tourism, DBM, COA, DPWH, PhilGEPS, or any government agency. “❤️ THE 🇵🇭” (Love the Philippines) is used as a patriotic expression.
Source of information
All figures come from publicly available government records published under the constitutional right to information (Art. III Sec. 7, 1987 Constitution) and Executive Order No. 2 (2016) on Freedom of Information. Each figure links to its source. We do not create or alter figures; where records are missing we say so.
Anomalies are not accusations
Flags are produced by automated rules and AI review that compare public records against each other. A flag means records disagree, are incomplete, or fall outside a typical range. It is not an allegation, finding, or implication of fraud, corruption, negligence, or any crime or wrongdoing by any person or entity. Only competent authorities (COA, Ombudsman, courts) can make such determinations.
COA audit observations shown are COA’s own findings, quoted as published, and may since have been settled or appealed.
Fair comment on public matters
Content concerns the use of public funds and the official acts of public offices, offered in good faith as fair commentary on matters of public interest.
Accuracy and corrections
Data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors from source agencies or processing. Information is provided “as is” without warranty. Anyone may submit corrections or a reply; verified corrections are applied and logged in the public audit log.
Right of reply
Any agency, contractor, or official named may respond. Replies are reviewed and displayed alongside the flag where appropriate.
Privacy
We publish only data about public offices, public officials in their official capacity, and businesses in public contracts. We do not publish private individuals’ personal information, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Evidence submissions are stored privately and are not published.
